For those who would like to know why, here goes: He built my first website in 1999 (I operate a law firm that practices auto lemon law in California). I am the Business Administrator for the firm.
I interviewed other companies before hiring Mike for our domains, website design/build, website hosting, search engine submissions, etc. It was very clear to me that Mike had what *I* was looking for – a combination of experience, expertise, honesty, creativity, and the ability to “see” the same things *I* was envisioning for the website(s). He understands advertising and marketing.
Here we are 25 years later. Mike has built over 100 websites for me. His prices, as compared to “multi-employee larger design/SEO optimizing companies, are much more reasonable. He simply does not have the same overhead structure. As a Business Administrator that runs a large company, I know the value of this.
Lastly, one thing that is hard to quantify, yet is so ever-important to the success of a business relationship (and in this case he provides a service), IS “the service”. Too many large companies have such slow response times to client inquiries. What I have always appreciated about Mike and his company is his *promptness* in getting back to my phone and/or email inquiries. I love when he says “I’ll take care of it”.

JRL Electric Supply Inc. has used Mike Adams at MGA Web Productions to build, maintain, and host our multiple websites since 2002. We currently have about eight sites running, three of which are designed specifically to produce new customers and increase the daily orders for our company.
Mike has always taken exceptional care when it comes to keeping solid safety certificates and keeping all websites and shopping carts secure. He has excelled in updating our sites with changes we make like modernizing our site, as well as keeping up to date with the latest changes in website development to make sure all sites load extremely fast, adjust to fit on wider screens and are mobile friendly. He was quick to add registered trademarks on particular items per the manufactures request when JRL was contacted for having the items on our site. Mike is very efficient in renewing our domain names so we never worry about losing them.
We feel quite blessed to have come across MGA Web Productions. At one time we were also using a different company for our shopping carts and they had completely closed down with no notice to us causing us to loss all data on our websites. At that particular time we would have had to manually re-enter all 5000 parts, one at a time. However, Mike had stored backups of our sites and was able to restore all the data to our sites within an hour. With the exception of this unfortunate incident with another company, in all of the years that MGA Web Productions has been maintaining our sites they have not since gone down once. Every website we have had built for us has exceeded our expectations. JRL’s main website continues to be profitable and successful in advancing our companies growth. It has even inspired some of our competitors to contact MGA Web Productions to build websites for them.
Mike has always provided us with phenomenal customer service. He responds to email inquiries very quickly, has provided step-by-step instructions to our staff when need be, and attentively completes any changes or improvements to our sites.
